Separator Brook LLC · Suffolk County, New York
One company, several projects.
Separator Brook is a New York limited liability company. It holds and operates a small set of independent projects under one name — so each one doesn't need a company of its own.

How we work
Projects here are taken on one or two at a time and finished before the next one starts. Nothing ships to a date announced in advance, because a date announced in advance is a promise about work nobody has done yet.
Nothing made here carries ads or third-party analytics, and we don't sell or broker the data our work collects. This website has no trackers on it either — no cookies, no analytics scripts, nothing loaded from another domain.
Where the name comes from
Separator Brook was a shaft at the Lyon Mountain iron mine in the Adirondacks, worked by the Chateaugay Ore and Iron Company from the late 1800s until the mines closed in 1967. A separator is the machine that pulls the ore out of the waste rock — which is a fair description of most work worth doing.
